Sushi Koshu (revisit) - Diamond Bar, CA


Brought my foodie buddy Charlie and slave girl to see Brent for more omakase. The guys here are top chefs when it comes to omakase. Never disappointed and always happy. Excellent food with excellent service. See new pictures for recent visit here.

Seiko crab from Japan, what we came here for!

It's special because it's from Japan, more special because those are females. Female crabs are only available during selected season with limited quantity.

Unprocessed salmon roe, fishy and I wasn't a fan of the texture, but i tried it.

For 3 people with the food we received, it was worth it.
