Slave girl and I were on our way walking back to the car from a long night happy hour troll, that was when I noticed this guy on the curb side next to a van making some stuff that smelled super good. Oh Ben, you know how to get yourself noticed.
The night we went there was no beef available. There was a deal for 3 tacos so we got the pork, tofu, and chicken. We were not too impressed with the tofu due to the texture and flavor. It was a little dry to us. Pork was good but chicken was fantastic! It was really well marinated and truly if I was ever out that late again, I would get all 3 tacos with chicken... But I still have to try the beef first.

Ben was pretty friendly and definitely showed his passion for making those tacos. It was a shame we didn't get to talk to him much because he was dealing with bunch drunk customers. Hopefully the next time we go he's less busy.
